This Privacy Policy describes how Strencth ("we," "us," or "our"), created by Peter, collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.

A. Personal Information

When you register or use the App, we may collect:

  • Account Information: Name, Username, and Email address.
  • Authentication Data: If you use "Sign in with Apple," we receive an anonymized ID and, if you choose to share it, your email address.

B. Health and Fitness Data

With your explicit permission, the App connects to Apple HealthKit (on iOS) or Google Health Connect (on Android) to read data such as:

  • Calories burned
  • Heart rate

This data is used solely to visualize your fitness progress within the App (e.g., charts and workout tracking).

C. User Content

We collect content you voluntarily upload, specifically images of your workouts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To track and visualize your workout progress.
  • To process subscriptions and verify premium status.
  • To allow you to upload and view your workout history.

4. Health Data Privacy

(Apple HealthKit & Google Health Connect)

  • No Marketing: We generally do not use your Health Data for advertising, marketing, or use-based data mining purposes.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your Health Data with third parties, except for storage purposes on your own device or our secure database to provide the App's functionality.
  • You are in Control: You can revoke the App’s access to your Health Data at any time via your device settings.

5. Device Permissions

To provide specific features, we may request access to:

  • Camera: To allow you to take photos of your workouts.
  • Photo Library: To allow you to upload existing workout images.

You can deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings, though this will limit the App's ability to upload images.

6. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data. However, we utilize specific third-party services to operate the App:

  • RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription billing infrastructure. They may receive anonymous user identifiers to validate your purchase status. (Privacy Policy)
  • App Stores: Payments are processed directly by Apple or Google. We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking information.

We do not use third-party analytics (like Google Analytics) or advertising networks (like AdMob).

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention: We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active.

Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and data at any time directly within the App settings. Upon deletion, your account and all associated data (including workout logs and images) are immediately and permanently removed from our systems.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
